🏊🏼♂️Hot Tub: the technician visits on Monday and Friday mornings to monitor and maintain the Spa. He will access the back driveway, handle hot tub care, and have no need to enter the home.
🚗 Parking, Driveway, and Road: The road and driveway are narrow and steep in places. Please drive carefully and be mindful of the gravel road, the parking area around the home is paved. You are responsible for your vehicle and any potential damage to it or the landscaping. There is ample space to drive and park, but caution is essential.
🚜 Construction Nearby: There is a home being built nearby, so you may hear some construction noise during work hours. It shouldn’t affect your view or stay, but we wanted you to be aware. This has now moved inside now, and most noise should be over. The nearby project will be completed by the end of Sept 2026.
🛏️ Occupancy and Fees: This modern home accommodates a maximum of 22 guests, ideally including children. An additional $10 per person/ per night (including kids) will be charged for guests beyond 12. There are is a toddler bed one of the walk-in closets and 2 pac-n-plays in the 2 other walk-in closets, but these are only for smaller kids.

Nice and very quiet location
We had all three levels of this property, and it worked out great. My wife and I were on the ground level, our son and his family were on the second level and our daughter and her family were on the third level, there was plenty of room. The ground level had a large dining table that we all would sit around for our meals. Very peaceful with a great view of the mountains. Had a couple of issues, which were promptly address by Joel each time. Each unit was beautifully decorated and furnished with the family in mind. Would look to stay there again the next time we are visiting the area. Most of our time was spent in Chattanooga, TN.
