He will access the back patios, handle hot tub care, and have no need to enter the homes. 📻 Road Noise: Please note that the main county road runs nearby, so you might hear some road noise on the front porch. However, the house is well insulated, and inside remains peaceful and quiet. 🚗 Driveway, and Road: The road and driveway can be a bit narrow and steep in places. Please drive carefully. You are responsible for your vehicle and any potential damage to it or the landscaping. There is ample space to drive and park, but caution is essential. 🏡 Rural Georgia Charm: This home is nestled in rural Georgia, offering a peaceful, slower pace of life. You'll enjoy beautiful natural landscapes, wildflowers, and a mix of restored and newly built homes. However, like many rural areas, you may also encounter less polished aspects, such as cars in yards or trailer homes. 🛏️ Occupancy and Fees: These open-concept 3 level homes accommodates a maximum of 34 guests, plus up to 4 additional small children. This amount of people ONLY works when using the toddler bed and/or pac-n-play for the last few guests. An additional $10 per person/per night (including kids) will be charged for guests beyond 16. 🚗🔑 Garage Access: The garage is set up as a game room for your enjoyment; it’s unavailable for vehicle parking. ❄️ A/C & Heat: The thermostat is programmed to reset automatically at 10 AM and 5 PM daily, ensuring efficiency when the home is unoccupied. Feel free to adjust the temperature to your comfort when home. 🚰 Kitchen Sink: Liquids only in the kitchen sink, as there’s no garbage disposal. Any service calls for clogs caused by disposal of non-liquids may incur a fee. 🅿️ Parking Limit: Up to 12 regular-sized cars or 6 cars and 3 oversized vehicle. Parking is only allowed on the pavement. Those who drive off the black pavement will incur a fee to lawn repair. 👶 Infants: We welcome infants, but please note we do not provide outlet plugs, foam guards, a crib, or a pack-n-play. 🌍 Charitable Contribution: 25%+ of the proceeds from all our homes support local and international missionaries.
