📻 Road Noise: Please note that the main county road runs nearby, so you might hear some road noise on the front porch. However, the house is well insulated, and inside remains peaceful and quiet.
🚗 Driveway, and Road: The road and driveway can be a bit narrow and steep in places. Please drive carefully. You are responsible for your vehicle and any potential damage to it or the landscaping. There is ample space to drive and park, but caution is essential.
🏡 Rural Georgia Charm: This home is nestled in rural Georgia, offering a peaceful, slower pace of life. You'll enjoy beautiful natural landscapes, wildflowers, and a mix of restored and newly built homes. However, like many rural areas, you may also encounter less polished aspects, such as cars in yards or trailer homes
🛏️ Occupancy and Fees: This open-concept 3 level home accommodates a maximum of 14 guests, only while including smaller children. This amount of people ONLY works when using the toddler bed and/or pac-n-play for the last few guests. An additional $10 per person/ per night (including kids) will be charged for guests beyond 6.
🚗🔑 Garage Access: Not used for guests vehicles, used as the game room.
🅿️Parking Limit: Up to 4 regular-sized cars or 2 cars and 1 oversized vehicle. Parking is only allowed on the pavement. Those who drive off the black pavement will incur a fee to lawn repair.
👶 Infants: We welcome infants, but please note we do not provide outlet plugs, foam guards, etc.
❄️ A/C & Heat: The thermostat is programmed to reset automatically at 10 AM and 5 PM daily, ensuring efficiency when the home is unoccupied. Feel free to adjust the temperature to your comfort when home.

We loved staying at Joel’s place! The property was the perfect size for a quick getaway with our extended family consisting of 6 adults and 3 kids. The game room and theatre room were a huge hit with our kids (12, 9, and 8) and grown-ups. The property had everything we needed and more. I would be happy to book Joel’s place the next time we’re in the area.
Home was beautiful. Full of amenities. Sqeaky clean. Our kids really enjoyed the game room. It kept them entertained for hours. Hot Tub was large and very clean. We enjoyed the beautiful string lights and fire pit in the backyard. Hosts were great and accommodated an early check in for us when we arrived earlier than expected. Our kids really loved the kids' room/theater room. There's a food city and a few gas stations just a few miles up the road. Our hosts were wonderful and very responsive. I highly recommend staying here.
Great place. Plenty of space and well kept. Host was very easy to get ahold of when we had some minor issues and they did their best to resolve them quickly
