🛏️ Occupancy and Fees: These open-concept 3 level homes accommodates a maximum of 28 guests, only while including smaller children. This amount of people ONLY works when using the toddler bed and/or pac-n-play for the last few guests. An additional $10 per person/ per night (including kids) will be charged for guests beyond 12.
🚗🔑 Garage Access: Not upkeep for guests, but may be available upon request.
🅿️Parking Limit: Up to 8 regular-sized cars or 4 cars and 2 oversized vehicle. Parking is only allowed on the pavement. Those who drive off the black pavement will incur a fee to lawn repair.
👶 Infants: We welcome infants, but please note we do not provide outlet plugs, foam guards, etc.
❄️ A/C & Heat: The thermostat is programmed to reset automatically at 10 AM and 5 PM daily, ensuring efficiency when the home is unoccupied. Feel free to adjust the temperature to your comfort when home.

Both homes were amazing. The decor was a hit with our crowd. Everything was spotless. Plenty of pots and pans for making meals for a large group. Location is very convenient to the shops. Overall wonderful stay.
The two cabins side-by-side were a perfect fit for my large family. The location was ideal with gas/shopping/restaurants nearby and an easy commute to Cloudland Canyon State Park. The backyard ammenities were fantastic and we enjoyed the hot tubs and firepit. The cabins were well-stocked with all the nessessities of home. A 5-star stay all the way around!
