Relax in your own kitchen, living room, and take advantage of the wide back porch, pool, fire-pit area, and fully fenced backyard. The front yard offers lovely views of Lookout Mountain.
🛁 Please note, the home has one bathroom, which is compact, so plan accordingly if you're traveling with a larger group.
🌄 Ideally located just minutes from Incline Railway, Rock City, Ruby Falls, and local dining and ice cream spots. Situated near Lookout Mountain and only 15 minutes from downtown Chattanooga. Enjoy easy access to the Chattanooga RiverWalk from St. Elmo, connecting you to downtown and the Tennessee River.

🏊🏼♂️ The pool technician visits on Monday and Friday mornings to monitor and maintain the pool. He will access the backyard via the side gate, handle pool care, and avoid entering the home.
🚘 The driveway is gravel and accommodates up to 4 regular-sized cars (no large trucks). Guests are responsible for their own vehicles and any potential damage to the property or landscaping.
🏡 The home has a maximum occupancy of 9 guests, which works only with some children included. There is an additional fee of $10 per person (including children) for any guests beyond 6.
🛏️ The home features three bedrooms: the Master bedroom with a King bed, a secondary bedroom with a Queen bed, and a third room with a twin-over-queen bunk bed and an additional twin bed.
🤫 Please respect quiet hours from 10pm to 8am, as there are other homes in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was convenient and close to most of the places we wanted to visit. The private pool was definitely a highlight and the main reason we chose a rental over a hotel. There were a few wasps/hornets around, but we turned it into a fun game for the kids. The house is older (cozy, calm and decorated very nicely), and the bunk room is on the opposite side of the house from the master and other bedroom, but the interior and backyard matched the listing photos. It’s across from a church and near other homes on a main road rather than in a subdivision, but we always felt safe. The hosts were very responsive, and we appreciated the coffee and streaming services. Locking the front door was a little tricky at first, and the wood floors creak in a few spots, but neither affected our stay. Overall, we were very happy with our choice and would gladly stay here again.
We came to the area for my wife's 50th birthday to go hang gliding with the family at Lookout Mountain Flight Park. This place was well positioned between the Flight Park and downtown Chattanooga, TN where the night life was. The hosts were extremely responsive and very accommodating. We would recommend this place to everyone visiting the area. Thank you for having us!!!
The responsiveness of the host was so appreciated. We loved the location as it was close to so much. It is on a busier road so you do have some traffic and noise sometimes. The pool was perfect and used often. The bedrooms were great and comfortable. Not a ton of sitting space for the amount of people it holds but that’s okay we just had snuggle movie nights!
