You’ll have access to the entire top and bottom floors of this modern home, including:

You are responsible for your vehicle and any potential damage to it or the landscaping. There is ample space to drive and park, but caution is essential.
🛏️ Occupancy and Fees: This modern home accommodates a maximum of 14 guests, ideally including children. An additional $10 per person (including kids) will be charged for guests beyond 6.
🤫Quiet Hours: 9pm - 8am
🚗🔑 Garage Access: May be available upon request.
🅿️ Parking: Limited to 5 regular-sized cars or 3 car and an oversized vehicle.
👶 Infants: We welcome infants, but please note we do not provide outlet plugs, foam guards, a crib, or a pack-n-play.
❄️ A/C & Heat: The thermostat is programmed to reset automatically at 10 AM and 5 PM daily, ensuring efficiency when the home is unoccupied. Feel free to adjust the temperature to your comfort when home.

Very nice for my whole family
Lovely home with beautiful and comfortable inside and outside spaces. Comfortable mattresses, clean kitchen and bathrooms, everything we needed. Love how we could walk to the Guild Trail and how easy it was to get to downtown Chatt (less than 10 min) or up to Lookout Mountain (also less than 10 minutes). Highly recommend.
The bed in the master bedroom was extremely uncomfortable. So much so, that we ended up sleeping on the couch because our children were in the other room. Besides that, the place was nice.
