We live nearby and are available as needed for guests. Other things to note 📝 🚗 Parking, driveway, and road: The road and driveway are narrow and steep in places. Drive carefully and be mindful of rock formations. You are responsible for your vehicle and any potential damage to it or the landscaping. There is ample space to park, but caution is essential. 🛏️ Occupancy and fees: This modern home accommodates a maximum of 14 guests, ideally including children. An additional $10 per person (including kids) will be charged for guests beyond 6. 🤫 Quiet hours: 9pm – 8am 🚗🔑 Garage access: May be available upon request. 🅿️ Parking: Limited to 5 regular-sized cars or 3 cars and 1 oversized vehicle. 👶 Infants: We welcome infants, but please note we do not provide outlet plugs, foam guards, a crib, or a pack-n-play. ❄️ A/C & heat: The thermostat is programmed to reset automatically at 10 AM and 5 PM daily for efficiency.
