There is ample space to drive and park, but caution is essential. 🛏️ Occupancy and Fees: This open-concept apartment accommodates a maximum of 10 guests, ideally including children. An additional $10 per person (including kids) will be charged for guests beyond 6. 🚗🔑 Garage Access: Not upkeep for guests, but may be available upon request. 🅿️ Parking Limit: Up to 4 regular-sized cars or 2 cars and 1 oversized vehicle. 👶 Infants: We welcome infants, but please note we do not provide outlet plugs, foam guards, a crib, or a pack-n-play. ❄️ A/C & Heat: The thermostat is programmed to reset automatically at 10 AM and 5 PM daily, ensuring efficiency when the home is unoccupied.
