🤫 Noise: We've incorporated features like extended rafter widths, spray foam insulation between floors, and solid core doors with door sweeps to minimize noise transfer. However, being in an apartment-style building means you might hear occasional footfall and muffled voices. To ensure a peaceful environment for everyone, we observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 9 AM and kindly ask all guests to be considerate of one another.
🏊🏼♂️Hot Tub: the technician visits on Monday and Friday mornings to monitor and maintain the Spa. He will access the back driveway, handle hot tub care, and have no need to enter the home.
🚗 Parking, Driveway, and Road: The road and driveway are narrow and steep in places. Please drive carefully and be mindful of the gravel road, the parking area around the home is paved. You are responsible for your vehicle and any potential damage to it or the landscaping.
🚜 Construction Nearby: There is a home being built nearby, so you may hear some construction noise during work hours. It shouldn’t affect your view or stay, but we wanted you to be aware. This has now moved inside now, and most noise should be over. The nearby project will be completed by the end of Sept 2026.
🛏️ Occupancy and Fees: This modern home accommodates a maximum of 6 guests, ideally including children. An additional $10 per person (including kids) will be charged for guests beyond 4. There are is a pac-n-plays in the walk-in closet, but these are only for smaller kids.
🅿️ Parking: Limited to 3 regular-sized cars or less with any oversized vehicles. Parking is located above, in the parking lane around the back of the house. You then walk across the middle floor porch, up the stairs to your top unit's porch and front door. There is ample space to drive and park, but caution is essential. Make sure to park in the correct designated lanes based on the unit you are renting.
👶 Infants: We welcome infants, but please note we do not provide outlet plugs, foam guards, etc.
❄️ A/C & Heat: The thermostat is programmed to reset automatically at 10 AM and 5 PM daily, ensuring efficiency when the home is unoccupied. Feel free to adjust the temperature to your comfort when home.

We had a great stay here. Hosts were responsive and checked on us throughout the stay. Home was spotless and had plenty of space for our group. Views from the covered porch were beautiful!

My friend and I were looking for a secluded woodsy spot for a long weekend. The house has three stories, and the hosts made us aware that other people might be staying on the first and second levels of the house, and we understood. <br/>We were a little disappointed that there's a brand new construction going up across the driveway and it partially interrupts the house's beautiful view. On Saturday morning we were having breakfast on the porch and a construction crew arrived to work noisily on the house across the street. Luckily, they just worked for a few hours in the morning and then left. <br/>The apartment is very new, super clean and spacious. But, the hosts should probably update the photos to reflect the current appearance.

Great stay here! Easy access to downtown Chattanooga and a cozy spot. Perfect for two couples with separate bedrooms and bathrooms.
