🏊🏼♂️Hot Tub: the technician visits on Monday and Friday mornings to monitor and maintain the Spa. He will access the back driveway, handle hot tub care, and have no need to enter the home.
🚗 Parking, Driveway, and Road: The road and driveway are narrow and steep in places. Please drive carefully and be mindful of the gravel road, the parking area around the home is paved. You are responsible for your vehicle and any potential damage to it or the landscaping. There is ample space to drive and park, but caution is essential. Make sure to park in the correct designated lanes based on the unit you are renting.
🚜 Construction Nearby: There is a home being built nearby, so you may hear some construction noise during work hours. It shouldn’t affect your view or stay, but we wanted you to be aware. This has now moved inside now, and most noise should be over. The nearby project will be completed by the end of Sept 2026.
🛏️ Occupancy and Fees: This modern home accommodates a maximum of 12 guests, ideally including children. An additional $10 per person (including kids) will be charged for guests beyond 8. There are is a toddler bed one of the walk-in closets and a pac-n-plays in the other walk-in closets, but these are only for smaller kids.
🅿️ Parking: Limited to 6 regular-sized cars or less with any oversized vehicles.
👶 Infants: We welcome infants, but please note we do not provide outlet plugs, foam guards, etc.

We had such a wonderful relaxing Mother’s Day weekend at Joel’s home! The house was perfect for our group of 10. It was spacious, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was also perfect and made everything so convenient. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely consider booking this home again when we come back. Thank you, Joel, for being a great host!
Amazing place to stay with a big group! Hosts were always responsive and proactive in making sure we were safe and welcoming during the cold weather we experienced. I will recommend to family and friends interested in visiting other states!
Joel and Co. were great! I miscalculated driving time and showed up an hour early. I know they were pretty strict but they accommodated us. Place is beautiful everything for a fun family getaway. We only used the hot tub once but it was amazing!! Grill was also very nice to have along with the Movie screen it was a plus to have, Our grandkids loved it! Joel & Co were wonderful to work with and made everything very simple for everyone to understand. There really was nothing to complain about. If I’m ever back near Chattanooga I will be checking the availability of his place first. Great place for big families! Thanks again for everything!!
